This 3BR/2BA home sleeps 8 and features a sunroom, private dock and fully fenced yard with sunrise views, and open living spaces. Enjoy full access to Brown Park across the street with a playground, tennis, and basketball courts. Walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation, adventure, and sunset memories on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Indian Rocks Beach! Madison, our house manager is very quick to respond via message or text and is extremely helpful in any way she can be! The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks). It’s a single family home in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad. This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits directly on the intracoastal. You can drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach. The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen. \*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use. Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive. \*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item. \*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. So many things were provided as well, such as the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and beach towels. Even our pup had a blast running in the fenced yard. There is a semi busy road to cross but it wasnt to bad. The house was clean, we did see some small bugs in the sink and around the dining area the first night but that was it. Most of the house has been through a noticeable renovation but the doors, windows, and bathtubs seem to have not been updated yet. I was hoping for the twin beds as shown in the listing but missed the part in the description about the queen beds. We made it work with the sofa bed for my 7 yr old. The backyard was great. We seen many different kinds of fish, and even a dolphin sighting. Overall the house was what we needed and am grateful to have a great weekend celebrating my daughters graduation. We were near restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful view. Loved watching the wildlife right outside the covered back porch. We had family come over for a couple hours, and they had a blast at the park across the street. And this place supplied all the items we needed for tennis and basketball. We stayed for long weekend enjoying a spring break. Easily walkable for sunsets on the beach. Hosts were incredibly communicative throughout the booking and accommodations process. The house was comfortable for our family of four (adults & teenagers). Highlights very much included the dock, paddle boards and fishing kit. House was older and everything was the bare basics. Normal home comfort such as quality of pillows, amount of towels, weren’t comparable to other vrbos we have stayed at. Equipment stuff such as fishing poles, tennis rackets, and other rec equipment seemed to be old and not really able to use properly. So it depends on if those things are important to your stay.
