### Terrific Golf/ Pool/ Hot Tub Home at The National in Ave Maria, FL

Experience the best of resort-style living at The National in Ave Maria. This superb 2-bedroom home is nearly 1,900 square feet and has an open concept kitchen and living area. Features include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, plus a cozy den with TV and sofa bed (which can serve as an optional guest room). The private primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, fully tiled bathroom with separate his and her vanities, jetted bathtub, and separate step-in shower. The main living area completely opens to a fully enclosed lanai featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub, poolside bathroom, gas grill, outdoor seating area with large screen TV and plenty of sunshine.   
  
The National Golf & Country Club is a gated community with a world class 18-Hole Championship Golf course, plus fitness center, spa, yoga studio, clay tennis courts, screened pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts that are open for play. In addition, The National has a brand-new clubhouse with elegant restaurant and bar, a resort style pool and an outdoor tiki bar and restaurant.   
  
The home comes with golf and social memberships and full access to all the amazing amenities that The National Golf and Country Club has to offer!   
  
Ave Maria is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States, complete with vibrant Town Center, wonderful array of amenities, shops, restaurants, a Publix supermarket, and much more. There's much to see and do here—all within steps of your front door or a nice golf cart ride.   
  
Ave Maria is only 45 minutes north of Naples Florida with its high-end shopping, world-class arts and culture, sophisticated dining, family fun, and pristine beaches. Ave Maria is about 1.5 hours from the bright lights and big city action of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.   
  
Indoor living includes smart TVs, family dining table, free Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room with washer & dryer, linens & towels, and complimentary toiletries.
