« We couldn’t have picked a better hotel than this one! It was last minute, but it came out to be one of our most favorite stays. Breakfast was fresh, the room was clean, as well as the pool. We will be staying here for future San Antonio trips from this point forward. »

Chambre très bien, très grande, top.
Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques.
Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange.
Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around. »

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice.
Negative points:
The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee.
In the room, the toilet was not...

« Great location for what I needed to do when staying in SA. The staff were kind during my stay.
However the floor of the room was pretty dirty. The entire carpet felt very gunky as if there was built up of oil or grease on the carpets. I had cleaned a spill from the floor in my room and it was completely dark gray.
If you are traveling with a pet: I had called ahead to ask how much the pet fee was. I was told it was $25 over the phone. When I checked in, I was told it was increased to $30. I...

« At the last minute checking in I had to pay my pet fee per night $25. The bed sheets were stained. Staff called to report my small dog was being too loud had to go all the way back from the entrance of San Antonio all the way to my room towards end of San Antonio. Breakfast was only cereals, apples, and orange juice. Parking space is on the back other side of the hotel. Deposit is required once checking in even if room was booked. Don’t forget to get your deposit back. »
