Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money. "

I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room.
