Alternative to hugely inflated historic district $
"This is our go-to place to stay for our frequent trips to Charleston since the hotel prices on the peninsula -- where we used to stay all the time -- have priced us out. Super easy access to the historic district, and the hotel is more like a resort than your average hotel. Our one concern was that the pools had a lot of organic debris in them. But we really enjoy staying here -- love the poolside bar, the entertainment by the pool on weekends, the breakfast, the pool bar snacks, the beds, linens, room size, easy parking."

"All in all property was very nice with the exception of parking. Was not enough space’s adjacent to the building. In some instances you had to park off site in a abandoned parking ramp."
