Some wear and tear is noticeable but it's still generally a really nice place. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent.

It was terrible,i’ve Reserved and paid for 2 nights X 4 rooms,we walked out after 1 night stayed.The rooms are hot,no aircon !!! Only air flow.We managed to change room but same thing.Very disappointed ! Worst stayed ever ! Not recommended !!

I have stayed at the crowne Plaza , Parkview , 3 times All the staf are very helpful , and there is a good level of English spoken, by some of the staff,. on my next visit to Shenyang , I will be staying at this hotel again . It offers every thing I need and more ! Its clean, comfortable and with a very high standard of staff. I look forward to staying with you again THIS HOTEL HAS THE WOW FACTOR Well done to the management , but an even bigger well to ALL the staff.

Nice hotel first room was not good.. no view had to upgrade ..

Poor service

1. Hotel staffs poor attitude. 2. Towels in the room are dam seem like not properly dried.
