Newly Listed Oasis

A great escape from the city! Located in Pearland not to far from the city but far enough to relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood with an outdoor pool and hot tub in the back yard. Come relax or enjoy the house with family and friends. I apologize I am unable to answer questions throughout the day; however, I will try my best to answer within a 24 hour time period. I will try to give you as much information on here as possible so that your questions may already be answered.
The space
There is a 3 night minimum for renting my home. My home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and bathroom attached. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Their is a media room upstairs with an 80 inch TV and with an over-sized couch that can sleep 2 people. There is also a game room upstairs with an air hockey table. Outside is a pool and hot tub. I prefer you do not touch the pool equipment for liability reasons, if you would like something done text me and I can do it for you remotely.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
No pets allowed!!! No parties allowed!!! No smoking in the house!! If these rules are broken the deposit will not be refund and extra charges may incur. Please note that I do not supply any toiletries for sanitation reason. Please bring your own toilet paper, bath soaps, and paper towels. However, I do provide bath towels, sheets, and hand soap in case you do not want to pack these items.

Nice house but some improvements needed

Overall the property is nice. It's a beautiful house in a great location. The pool and hot tub was nice with one exception. I had to contact the host each time we wanted to get into the hot tub. It was an inconveniences as it only stayed on for 30 minutes. There were some hours of delay to turn the hot tub jets but we made the best of it. There are some improvements needed. The hockey table, lounge chairs or grills was not available as pictured. Batteries were missing from the smoke detector and the bath tub was clogged. The host sent Maintenance to resolve the clogged tub, smoke detector and lose doors.

Final Four Visit

My friends and I booked a four night stay while attending the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four at NRG Stadium. The house was spacious , well furnished, and had a pool and hot tub in the back yard. Four bedrooms worked perfectly for us. It's only a short drive to most attractions in Houston.

This home was great for the heated pool..

A few items need improvement. Communication from property manager. House needs kitchen cookware, plates, utensils, glasses, bowls, just normal stuff to make a meal. We were not able to cook anything. The air hockey table was broken, so we could not use it, but we were able to play in heated pool. They have an outdoor camera on pool at all times. House is beautiful and pool is great. Beds were comfy.

Beautiful Home!!

Our stay at the property was nothing short of amazing! Shay was very responsive and helpful with regards to our requests. The home is exactly as pictured or may be even more beautiful in person! The neighborhood is calm and beautiful, it is a great place to stay to relax but it is close enough to downtown Houston and the airports. We will definitely love to stay here again anytime we are in Houston.

Beautiful property and very clean.

My mom and her friends wanted to celebrate turning 70. They are a very picky group. I was nervous to book for them. As they arrived from all over the USA I started receiving calls. Book it again for next year. So needless to say it was a hit.

Great neighborhood

I enjoyed my stayed at the property in Pearland. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication with the owner was very good. Anytime I needed the pool or jacuzzi heated she would respond quickly I never had a issue with communication. Even when I asked at 12am and didn’t expect a response she still replied back and heated the jacuzzi. It does take a lot longer for the pool to be heated so just let the owner know ahead of time. I only had one concern and it was with the bugs outside because there were females staying at the property as well. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay at the location again. I enjoyed my stay.
