Welcome to my home located along the border of Midtown Houston. It is within 2 miles of Downtown, the Med Center, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass Stadium, George R. Brown Convention Center and all the nightlife Midtown and EaDo have to offer. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4-story home is perfect for you. Private guest room suite on first floor, second floor living room, dining area, and kitchen. Master bedroom and guest bedroom on 3rd floor. Gated front courtyard with plenty of free street parking. Lastly, enjoy a glass of wine and relax on the rooftop patio.
