« Great things about this property:1. Great neighborhood, safe, quiet2. Great communication with host3. Very clean4. Like a deluxe hotel room without noise, nicer bathroom with big bathtub, great for bubble baths. Two sinks, comfortable bed. Very reasonable rates.5. Very close to all activities, loved the zoo, Montgomery Whitewater, rented bikes in the city, great history museums, nature trails:swayback bridge trail beautiful6 Fridge and microwave great for quick meals »

« Things were clean. There were locks for all the doors. House was old and neighborhood looked kinda sketchy. Main problem was the highway noise. Sirens and loud cars zooming by all night keeping us awake. »

« The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible. »

« I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price. »

« What a beautiful historic home. This place has charm to spare! While we had a few minor issues, as any old home can have, the hosts were responsive and got things fixed quickly. »

« Cute place. We liked the neighborhood.’Could use hangers and hanger bars in closets, electric outlets in bathrooms, and more accessible outlets in bedrooms. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Management company responded quickly about the tree falling on the house. »
