"Polite friendly helpful staff, clean spacious room, good choice for breakfast. Walkable from New Street station, close to canals eating area (sealife/lego), just by the old part (library) and easy to walk to Bullring"

"Room was a good size - pool area was nice (only a couple of people in there). Able to use jacuzzi, sauna and steam room without any hassle of too many people. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as the food choices didn’t suit both of us. A fancy burger on the restaurant menu would have been a good option as we could all have eaten. Bar food was great. "
