"The welcome we got from the reception staff was so warm and friendly we instantly felt at home. The room was nice and cool on arrival (a relief during the heatwave!) and the room was ideal for the 3 of us sharing an apartment. Had everything we could need. "We arrived late Friday the booking was really easy, the staff were very professional. We went to are room and found it very comfy and clean. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was excellent the food was plenty and constantly being replenished and was hot. The staff at the breakfast area were very good and helpful. We found the prices at the bar not cheap but the staff were very good serving the drinks. Would definitely book this hotel again, right in the centre not far from Birmingham New St station."
