This 3br 3bath condo was perfect for us (1 couple and 2 single adults). Plenty of space for lounging, sleeping, eating, and playing games. The location is near a trolley stop and a grocery store. 10 minute walk to the beach and just steps away from the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better week! Absolutely zero complaints at all. Kudos to the property owners for creating such a lovely vacation spot.

Excellent location to the beach, restaurants, groceries, everything! We had an issue with the door lock, which we caused the problem ourselves, and response was fast and courteous. I would recommend this unit highly.

This spot worked well for us. We loved having 3 full bathrooms & 3 balconies. No beach view but other views. Lots of beach gear. At least 9 beach chairs, 2 sun shades, beach toys & floats for the pool. Very nice pool, short walk.

Our family of six adults and one toddler made wonderful memories on Anna Maria Island and appreciated many aspects of Sandy Pointe.Highlights:• Spacious condo that comfortably accommodated our group.• Three screened-in lanais provided great extra space to relax.• Tastefully decorated with a welcoming beach feel.• Convenient location near beaches, restaurants, and attractions.• Plenty of beach gear available, including chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys.Things we wish we had known before booking:• The condo is not entirely one level. There are two flights of stairs leading to the master and second bedrooms, which may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns.• The most significant issue was the cockroach problem in the garage, which was present upon arrival and persisted throughout our stay despite treatment.• The master bedroom toilet was not working when we arrived.• The Wi-Fi password provided before arrival was incorrect.• The dryer left clothes and towels damp even after multiple cycles.• The living room sofa is noticeably worn and could benefit from new cushions or a fitted cover.• Communication was difficult after hours despite our notifying management of our late arrival.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation (despite the maintenance issues) and appreciated the condo’s space, décor, screened lanais, and beach amenities. Had it not been for the significant cockroach issue, we likely would have given this property a 5-star review.
