« This condo is in a great location. Right by the beach and there’s a pool right outside the Condo. The only ding is the coffee maker in the Condo seems like it has not been cleaned in a while. Sand all over it. Other than that, everything was great. Would totally be back. »

« Second time on AMI, first time at this property. We had a wonderful stay at this North Beach Village Townhome. It is only 4 minutes by foot from the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island. Pros: Clean, beautifully decorated; extremely comfy beds, location (walk to beach and restaurants), kitchen very well equipped with all that you might need to cook a meal. Fast wifi. « This unit was well cleaned and well maintained. It was perfectly stocked with linens, towels, cutlery, etc. The building only has 8 total units in it. So, it’s not crowded. While it is very close to the public beach, the pool area for the condo has nice walls that make it feel somewhat secluded. The beach is right there, and the free AMI trolley stop is close by. Our host was great and communicative. »

« Our overall stay was good but the sliding door was extremely hard to open and shut which is very inconvenient since that is the door that is mainly used. This is our 3rd year staying at coconuts and this year the pool was quite dirty. It was very windy and there was a storm one day but there was not a net available or I would have cleaned it myself. »
