Great location! Very clean and great communication with Bonnie. Went during 4th of July week and even though we were close to the Manatee Public Beach there was plenty of room to set up. Get out first on the beach to get the best spot though! Condo has everything you need and then some!

I was contacted by a person who maintains the rooms. She allowed us to check in early which is always a plus when traveling with a pet. She answered any questions I had during the stay via text. The unit had a storage closet with floats, noodles and gravity chairs. The unit had many seasonings in the kitchen. Pots and pans for cooking. The A/C works wonderfully well! The beds are very comfortable and there are TV’s in the bedroom. We experienced TS Bertha during our stay and felt very safe and secure. It was an easy walk to Anna Maria Beach cafe for a quick bite. This is also the public beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. This location is central to the island and close to Publix. We drove down 2nd Ave to avoid Gulf Dr. traffic. The pool is clean and maintained. Other visitors are friendly and respectful to others at the pool. I would bring my family here again. 10/10

Great condo on the beach

This property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice beach and an ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend eating at a local restaurant named “Eat Here”. Great gulf shrimp and lobster tacos!

Very Good

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. The accomodation was excellent, great location by the beach, plenty of lovely sunshine. The people are very friendly and helpfull. We will definately come back again next year.
