Introducing"The View" and the "View Studuio" combined to make a stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bath luxury home in Sandy Bay, just 5 minutes from Hobart’s CBD. Soak up sweeping views of the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge, and city lights from multiple living areas. With elegant furnishings, two spa bathrooms, and a private self-contained apartment, this spacious retreat is perfect for families, groups, or travellers seeking style, comfort, and space.  
  
The Space:  
  
The View – Luxury with a Hobart Skyline  
  
Unwind in sunlit living rooms where wide glass doors open to a sweeping deck and panoramic Derwent River views. Watch sailboats drift by as you relax in style. The gourmet kitchen—complete with dishwasher and Nespresso machine—makes dining at home a pleasure.  
  
Three elegant living areas offer space for everyone to unwind: read, stream a movie, or simply enjoy the quiet.  
  
Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home features six beautifully appointed bedrooms:  
  
Bedroom 1: Double bed near the front entrance, beside the upstairs bathroom with a steam shower.  
  
Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): Queen bed, ensuite with spa bath, walk-in robe, and private deck with stunning river views.  
  
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with wardrobe and deck access.  
  
Bedroom 4: Peaceful queen-bed retreat with hanging robe and water views.  
  
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, wardrobe, and breathtaking river outlook.  
  
Bedroom 6 – The Studio: A fully self-contained apartment at the rear of the property, featuring its own kitchen, living and dining area, laundry/bathroom, and private entry.  
  
Downstairs includes a spacious living area, a main bathroom with spa bath and shower, and a full laundry. Step onto the large deck or covered patio for alfresco lounging.  
  
Parking is generous, with a secure garage under the house, off-street space for another car, and unmetered street parking out front.  
  
Just 5 minutes from Hobart’s CBD, with easy bus access at the driveway. A port-a-cot and highchair are available on request.  
  
Each bedroom includes panel heating, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable all year.

Guests will have complete access to the entire house throughout their stay  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Only 5 minutes’ drive to the centre of Hobart and less to the Casino and Sandy Bay business centre. Leave the car behind and use a Uber or Taxi, Buses run regularly down the hill on Churchill Avenue .  
  
There is room room for 2 cars on the property and free parking on the road. Please note there is no access to garage.  
  
Sandy Bay is one of Hobart's premier suburbs. It follows the River Derwent, from the outskirts of Hobart city, south, as far as Taroona (made famous by Princess Mary of Denmark). Sandy Bay is the home of the University of Tasmania and Wrest Point Casino and is only a few minutes drive from Hobart CBD. Properties in this area often have magnificent views of the River Derwent.  
  
The suburb has its own shopping village where you will find a Coles and Woolworths as well as a selection of smaller shops, including a great butcher and bakery. All the major banks have branches in the village and there is also a post office. There are a selection of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. These are all an easy drive from the house. Sandy Bay also has a lovely beach with an esplanade, park area with BBQs, children's play equipment and Wood Fired Pizza.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Buses run regularly close by on Churchill Road , time tables can be accessed on line on the Metrotas website.   
  
Taxi: If you need a taxi the telephone number is 131 008.  
  
Uber is available in Hobart.
