"The location is good, easy to get to downtown (5-10 min) as well as to the airport (12-15 min). They have plenty of parking spaces, free. The breakfast is included and it is decent. Our room was clean and tidy, although the shower space did not look good. The bed was okay, the same as in many other hotels. The exterior of the hotel is not very appealing and the lobby looks a bit outdated. However, it is a good place to stay. "

"2 forks , 2 knives, 2 plates, 2 glasses 0 spoons … no pots no pans no cups for coffee… For extended (was there for 18 days)stay more towels etc needed unless cleaning is done each day. Staff was extremely accommodating !!! "

"I specifically booked a spa tub room expecting to actually be able to use the spa tub—but that turned out to be a complete disappointment. Within minutes of arriving and trying it out, it was clear the tub was not working at all. When I brought this to the front desk, Nancy was completely unhelpful. She acknowledged that the tub was broken, yet refused to offer any reasonable solution—no room change, no partial refund, nothing. It was frustrating to pay for a higher-tier room and not receive what was advertised. To make matters worse, staff claimed the tub had been working for the previous guest, which seems highly unlikely given how quickly the issue showed up. It felt more like an excuse than an explanation. I was told a manager would follow up, but I’m still waiting on that call. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking a spa tub room here unless you’re okay with the risk of it not working and getting no resolution."

"There is a good amount of construction going on at the property and finding the entrance took a few minutes. BUT - the staff are fantastic, the property will be very nice when all is completed. The rooms were nice and fairly new. The location is beautiful and the sprawling nature of the location is nice. Did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. The hot spring is a cool amenity and should be checked out. When you arrive, use the valet to park AND to help with the amenities and surroundings, both Tony and Brian Lee were EXCELLENT and made the stay really enjoyable. They shared history, facts, updates and helped with good suggestions etc. I am looking forward to going back when they complete their building."
