« The location is amazing for a peaceful, quiet get away! Directions via GPS didn’t include road 122, that is important in finding the location. Pretty far from high traffic destinations of Colorado, so a drive to the city is required if you are looking for that kind of activity. The animals at the farm are so sweet and friendly, I truly felt closer to nature out here. The Mountain View in the morning is unbeatable! The host was so kind and helpful. Being out in the woods I expected more bugs to...

« Very clean home in quiet/safe neighborhood. My kids loved walking down to the playground in the neighborhood. While this house is outside of Durango proper, it is close enough and without all of the traffic. My children loved the game room downstairs and the bunk beds. Beds were very comfortable but furniture is on the lower side if you have anyone with limited mobility. While we did not cook during our stay, the kitchen is well stocked for those that need it. I would definitely stay here again...

« This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed. »
