« We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! "Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."
