« We enjoyed our stay in the cabin! The cabin was well equipped with all necessities. It was nice sitting in the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch and looking out into the woods from the back. Only problem was the mosquitos but there was a can of OFF under the bathroom sink! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and calm vacation that is in close proximity to state park with hiking trails. 20 minute drive to Walmart but it seemed faster. »

« This stay was nothing short of perfect, in large part due to Melba and her family were incredible hosts. My husband and I drove up from TN for a family reunion, and loved having a place to stay all to ourselves. The location was great--only about 20 minutes to where we needed to go in any direction. Melba even gave us permission to go look at their new baby goats, which absolutely made my day. I cannot wait to come back! « The Cabin was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable and just as the photos displayed. Checking in and out was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you John! »

« We only spent a night but wish it could have a been a week. The cabin is nestled into a green valley on a nice sized pond with beavers and frogs. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for our family of five. Clean communication from the host. Can't wait to return. »

« Gosh, I don’t even know where to start. I love every single piece of this place. We are such a busy family and were burnt out. We needed to go somewhere to do “nothing”, and this place was absolutely perfect. So clean, so cute, just about everything you need. I LOVED the binoculars! I’ve never bird watched before. But I found myself not only watching the turkeys and deer that wandered into the field, but watching so many other beautiful birds that I’ve never slowed down enough to even notice....
