My adult daughter and I recently spent 5 nights at this property. It was a lovely spot, very clean, bright, and private. It was a 20 minute walk to the train station, or a 7 minute walk to catch the bus/train. Download the "City Mapper" app to help you navigate getting around. There is a grocery store near by, and the apartment has a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave to conveniently make meals/snacks if you wish. The breakfast for 7.50 Euros/pp/per day was absolutely amazing! So much food that we didn't need to eat any lunch.

Loved it!
A really nice set-up, the pictures are accurate but don't really do it justice! a private yard to sit out in and eat too when the weather is warm. Inside there was everything we needed - a comfy bed, great shower, small but decent cooking facilities - two ring hob and a microwave/fan oven and a small fridge, kettle (We do actually cook when we stay away too, so that's a genuine comment!) sitting area with small settee. The Hosts are lovely and friendly. The use of the bikes was a bonus too.

Wonderful find!
Ria and Adrie Are amazing hosts. They made us feel so welcome-and have a lovely home and garden cottage. The neighborhood is great-and the access to the train/airport/Amsterdam is easy. If we had any questions they did the research to help us out- We will definitely come again if we have the opportunity!

Tolle Ziele mit dem Rad erreichbar
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Ria und Adrie. Das Ferienhäuschen mit eigenem Gartenanteil war gemütlich und das Frühstück reichlich und liebevoll zubereitet. Ria und Adrie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Super war, dass wir unsere Fahrräder direkt in unserem kleinen Garten abstellen konnten. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und alle Ziele sind mit dem Fahrrad bestens zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit Privatsphäre
Es ist ein kleines, gemütliches Häuschen im Garten der Vermieter. Perfekt für zwei Leute, die es eher ruhig lieben. An Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, einschl. Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das abwechslungsreiche und üppige Frühstück, das gegen Aufpreis zu bekommen ist. Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Ferienwoche.

Sehr ruhig, liebevoll gestaltet
Ich habe ein perfekt sauberes, hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtetes Gartenhaus vorgefunden. Es war zwar nur ein Raum, aber nicht zu eng. Es hat einen eigenen nicht einsehbaren Gartenbereich und man kann kommen und gehen, völlig unbehelligt von den Nachbarn. Auch die kleine Küchenzeile ist funktional und sehr komplett eingerichet. Einfach supi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das extra große französische Bett mit durchgehender Matraze war super bequem. Auch die Dusche war angenehm. Kurzum: kuschelig, romantisch und privat, perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit im Sleeptight. Ria und Adrie sind sehr herzliche und außerordentlich sympathische Gastgeber! Wir haben die Zeit im liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus - ganz besonders das traumhafte Frühstück - sehr genossen. Die wirklich schöne Umgebung haben wir mit unseren Fahrrädern erkundet. Superschöner Aufenthalt
Das kleine, gemütliche Gartenhaus bietet alles und ein bisschen mehr, was man für ein paar Tage Erholung braucht. Vor allem das grandiose Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen und mit den Rädern konnten wir nach Alkmaar radeln.

Schönes Häuschen, Gastfreundschaft und tolle Umgebung!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist schön, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Auch das Frühstück ist liebevoll angerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Romantisches Tiny House
Unser Aufenthalt in Heiloo war sehr schön, das Tiny House besitzt alles was man benötigt und befindet sich im Garten der Gastgeber. Für genügend Privatsphäre ist gesorgt! Der Strand ist leider nicht in fußnähe, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto allerdings „schnell“ erreicht. Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!

Trotz des schlechten Wetters das Beste draus gemacht
Es hat leider jeden Tag geregnet. Die Unterkunft war top. Unsere Gastgeber sehr sehr nett. Das Frühstück war nicht zu übertreffen. Auch wenn ein Auto zur Vefügung steht empfehlen wir die Bahn für Ausflüge z. B. nach Amsterdam oder Den Haag. Texel nur mit dem Auto!! Wir würden wieder nach Nord Holland fahren.
