The room was terrible the bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was so tiny you can’t even open the door all the way. I bought an upgraded room and they told me they were all sold out and they couldn’t do anything until the next day. So I had to end up moving hotels.

First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.

"The room was very clean and we had an oceanfront balcony in the Ali’I tower and it was beautiful. The room itself was wonderful! The toilets are upgraded to high-end toilets with flushing and washing capabilities. However, the bathroom always smelled a little bit like sewage, which was not pleasant. ..."
