One thing that needed improvement was the landscaping around the property. All flowerbeds require weeding and bushes need to be trimmed. Also the flower boxes outside the rooms were full of weeds that need to be cleaned out. The outside appearance is not a great first impression for your guests. Also heard a lot of guests complain about TV not working in their room and also the WI-FI needs to be upgraded. "
