Consequently, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility constraints. Lastly, situated within a residential building, the apartment boasts a unique charm. The location, just off Hastings town, was really well positioned for exploring the local area. There were a few issues with check-in communication, which were resolved quickly. Disappointed that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up ahead of our stay, as it was part of the main write up. Again, a few communication issues surrounding this which resulted in this not being resolved. Overall a great apartment and location - given the issues above I didn’t feel a 5 star rating was justified. ##### Jennie F.
