« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« I reserved a Kingsize bed and they didn’t have one when I checked in! That was disappointing. But on the bright side, they did let me check out late, at 1 pm. »

« I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there. »

« The check in was a long wait 20-25 minutes. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the towels had stains on them. We spotted two roaches in the room. I arrived late so in the morning when I checked out, I made the staff aware of the room. The lady was willing to give another night for free. but I did not want to stay another night on a side-note there is a lot of construction in the area so there is a lot of banging in the middle of the night.
