"Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken and kept opening on floors people were not located. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub at hotel and when we went to get in hot tub was broken and not hot. So was the handicap equipment around the hotel. Notified the staff of the broke hot tub over a two day period which they said they would get the maintenance man to take a look. He was never seen working on the hot tub at all."

"The best customer service!! We needed a close place to stay since our flight got in at 1 am. Room was nice and clean. Our shuttle driver was quick, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived the gentleman who checked us in already had our info pulled up so we could quickly get checked in and to our room. He was the nicest and very thoughtful. He knew our flight was long and wanted to make sure we had something to eat. He gave us some goodie bags with snacks and water, which my kids were very happy about. Nothing we asked for just him be considerate which we truly appreciated!"

"Elevator NOT working for an entire week prior to my stay and no one notified me. Property looks like it’s being renovated but still needs a lot of maintenance. "

"The 1st floor hall carpet is very dirty and needs to be replace. The room itself was very muggy. There was a spider on the ceiling the bathroom door did not close. Beds were dirty. "

"Didn't have a coffee maker in room. No clock. I don't mind leaving a deposit but I wanted a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. I left room at 3:30 am so I couldn't do their breakfast. "
