« The restaurant in the hotel online said they closed at 10pm. I went at 9 pm and they were closed. They said it was due to being slow. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given all 5s. We had to order a pizza and it wasn’t delivered until 10:45 pm. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« From the outside, it's not the most appealing place to stay, however after 3 nights during 4th of July weekend, I couldn't have asked for anything more from a clean, minimalistic mindset. This place is affordable, central to everything in SA & safe. The room itself was clean and no bugs of any sorts. It is limited in certain things compared to high end hotels, however be mindful, if you just nned a place to secure your stuff, sleep at night peacefully & not get your vehicle broken into, this is...

« Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

« The associate who checked me in was not very knowledgeable about the process, and was easily confused, and also told me the wrong checkout time. The sink in my bathroom was very slow to drain.
