"It is a nice size room for NY, clean and functional. We rented a room with two double beds (4 adults) and we all were comfortable. It is fairly quiet, the neighborhood is decent, subway is just 150 feet from the hotel door and it is a short walk to Central Park. Great restaurants in the area on Amsterdam Ave. Staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't mind keeping our suitcases on the last day after check out until we had to head to the airport. Will definitely book here again when I go to NY"

"Very close to Manhattan if you’re looking for that. Surrounding neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, especially in the evening. Staff were very kind and helpful, very service oriented. The hotel was packed with diverse patrons from many different countries and cultures who seemed like very good people. Hotel felt welcoming to everyone. The included breakfast was good, a little better and with more options than Holiday Inn Express, and the staff worked to help everyone get what they wanted even though they were crushed with people because the hotel was absolutely packed. The valet guys were so great. They put your car up on a lift in their own parking lot. Absolutely worth that $45/night to not have to worry about parking and to keep your car safe."

"This hotel is our go to for any time we visit NY. Love everything about it! Great spacious clean new rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent location, conveniently located within walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and shopping plazas and or an Uber ride away to other parts of NY for when you want to explore. Highly recommend!"

"Outside is terrible If you going with kid becareful, the room good but the clean so bad we founded cockroach in our room. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. What I liked most was that the property was quiet and relaxing. One thing I didn’t like was that the key had to be changed often. Sometimes I would come back from walking or going out, and the door would not open, so I had to return to the front desk again. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"The room was small and sparse. The window looked out onto a brick wall that was about five feet beyond the windiw. On twonif our four nights the water in the shower did not get hotter than warm. The soap holder in yhe shower was broken and the tile at the far end of the shower was discolored, seemingly with mold. There was no minifridge in the room."
