« Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable. »

« This one bedroom was perfect for 2 nights at The Mann. Less than 2 miles, very convenient. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and definitly gave a homey vibe. Went above and beyond with extra amenities. The little outdoor area was so cute! To add that it’s street parking so you may need to park a block away, but such is life. Thank you again »

« Door combination wouldn't work initially. Verbo app wouldn't update when new messages were sent from host (not their fault but made it even harder to get into property). Finally got access via keys. "Sleeps 5" only if 3 sleep on couches: there is only one bed in the apartment. »

« Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. Another tenant at the property was kind enough to answer the door but expressed that they received the same mistreatment as my...

« This apartment is in a great location, where there are no hotels available. We were able to get a good feel for the neighborhood as we spent a few days in the area looking at colleges. »
