"Our room on the second floor was very noisy due to activity at the swimming pool until 11pm, which was directly under our room, and from the occupants of the room above us. The noise was due to the construction of the building, not necessarily the occupants of the room. The wood joist construction material allows noise to penetrate from one floor to the next. So our seven hour sleep turned out to be a five hour sleep. "

We were there for Family Day weekend and snowmobiling, the location was perfect — close to incredible trails. The views were absolutely priceless. "Perfect winter getaway! Felt right at home as soon as we got there. The cottage is lovely and has everything you need. The property is peaceful and so gorgeous with the river as your background. We saw lots of wildlife, including a few awesome bald eagle sightings, and had a great time exploring the property. Spent the nights cozied up reading by the wood stove, it was perfection! Mark is an excellent host and we hope to be back soon!"
