« Fun stay. Adorned with penitentiary history that was very interesting. Across from a beautiful river view and park. »

« The kitchen was stocked. Thank you. »

« Historic Nauvoo. What a neat little town. Everyone was extremely friendly. The property is good value for the money. If you park on the Main Street, it’s easy to find. The alleyway from the front is level concrete and well lit. We parked in back as we were instructed. It was a little confusing at first, until I reread the instructions. The concrete alleyway from the back is uneven and not as well lit. But the town is a safe one, so security is already felt. The stairs to the upper apts...

« This was a great property. It matched the description, was so close to the Nauvoo temple, was clean, and was a great stay. Communication from the host was clear and they promptly responded to us. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay. »

« The owner was awesome to work with. There were lots of touches to fit with the name Fairy Bowery. The artwork and decorations put the location in liminal space. The Air Conditioning was able to keep up with Nauvoo summer (in fact we had to scale it back to keep from freezing.) « One of the best places I’ve stayed. Too many reasons to list. Highly recommend. »

« Great view of the train station and Mississippi River. »

« The property was nice and the location was great! It is right on the main Street near all the shops & a quick walk from the temple. It was great for our needs. I will say that it was not as well stocked as it could have been. There was maybe one dish towel and no dish cloths to clean dishes or wipe counters & table. Not a big deal though. I just used one of the bath cloths. Also, good to note that there's is no washer or dryer on site. I missed that detail and was a little distraught when we...

« We had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. They were genuinely attentive to our needs and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It was clear they cared about making sure we had a great stay, and we really appreciated their hospitality. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. »
