« Location was wonderful, panoramic lake view.Glassed in porch was the primo spot to just relax and chill. Main bedroom and living room were good size. Kitchen was well appointed except for one staple item, no microwave! Second bedroom and bathroom are very small. You’ll want to bring your own linens, especially towels. We had a pleasant enough stay overall but feel that it’s overpriced. This is a one and done for me. »

The Blue Elm is a very comfortable cottage and we loved the historic elements that were used. we completely enjoyed our stay there and will stay again when we return to the area to visit family. « We love this little cottage. It's well-equipped, comfortable, great natural light and plenty of lamps and adjustable overheads. The cottage is offset from the street, so street noise is minimized. It was perfect for the three of us. »

« We were up in Pomfret for a wedding in the area. Perfect location for us; walkable to a local cafe (Vanilla Bean) for breakfast. The place sits on a large piece of property complete with pond; beautiful setting, very peaceful. Plenty of space for parking; water pressure was great for showers and appreciate the travel size lotions, shampoo, etc ! Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend, especially for parents of students who attend The Pomfret School (boarding). Perfect location...

« This cabin has absolutely everything you can think of!! Shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, cutlery, towels, bug spray, firewood, fans, AC, even a car charger!! I was a little worried because I didn’t connect with the property manager but I had received all the check in information I needed. Absolutely no worries needed! Check in and check out was totally seamless. »
