"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The price was great, the management and front desk staff were pleasant, kind, understanding, professional. The breakfast was delicious! The pool was small but clean and empty so we enjoyed some time alone swimming. The exercise room is clean and modern. The hotel decor is modern and its clean. Rooms are average size. Elevators are clean and quick. Lots of parking. We are very pleased with everything about our stay."

"Upon entrance to the hotel we immediately noticed how beautiful it was. Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was lovely to deal with. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is easy to get to from the highway and it’s near the downtown core but overlooking the lake. We were able to take a walk along the waterside just beside the hotel where there is also a beautiful park. In addition, the restaurant located in the hotel was superb! Good food and great prices! We will definitely be back! "

"Business service was very poor. Maybe make a user friendly printer . No computer available. Maybe put a centre up close to your banquet rooms . Housekeeping Wasn’t great ran out of toilet paper and body wash .o would stay again great hotel other than that ."

"The rooms were very clean. The in room hot tube was in the shape of a heart and big enough for two people to fit in comfortably. "

"Terrible 0 out of 100. They kept mt deposit cause they smelt cigarette smoke in my room. I went outside all the time, yeah my clothes might of brought in the smell but i didnt smoke in the room grrrrr"

"Wike up frozen and all power off. No breakfast. Youd think they would have a generator. Not even a discount. The grout in the shower needs a good soak with bleach. "
