« Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

Pas du tout VIP ! Valet parking was not available, no parking space available in the hotel, we had to park in a nearby public parking lot where we must reactivate payment before 7:00 AM... Not VIP at all! »

« mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air...

« Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. »

Porte de salle de bain qui se fermais. Pas du tout un 4 étoiles même des motels sont mieux que cette hotel. Le seul côté positif c'est l'emplacement »

« Très bel hôtel boutique avec une décoration charmante. Le s espaces publiques sont magnifiques et les chambres décorées avec goût réflétant l’esprit du sud-est américain. Bon petit déjeuner goûteux mais pas très élaboré. Personnel aimable et serviable. La localisation de l’hôtel est excellente. Deux de nos restaurants favoris de Charleston sont situés en face de l’hôtel: Magnolias et Amen Street Fish & Seafood. Pour ces différentes raisons, je recommande sans réserve cet hôtel de charme. »
