Guests are thrilled with the downtown location and the large ize of the rental. Beautiful Sullivan's Pond Park is located directly in front of the property. The ferry to Halifax is a ten minute walk away.

The home is close to everything; restaurants, parks, stores, mic mac mall, theaters, lake banook beaches, cafes, pubs, groceries and the ferry to downtown Halifax. All are within walking distance.

The unit is only used as a vacation rental. It has three bedrooms: one large bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms each with a single bed, all with new linens. There is cable television in the living room plus a DVD player. All toiletries are supplied. The rental is on the second floor as the home is divided into two separate flats.

There are two single cots available for a fifth and sixth guest.

The upstairs unit is fully supplied with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge and stove. There is a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. It has air conditioning. A large private back deck with both a gas and an electric barbecue has lots of outdoor seating and flowers in the summer for guests.

Parks with trails, beaches and playgrounds surround the house. Beach swimming is a five minute walk away. A grocery store, a gym, a shopping mall, and restaurants are all within walking distance. It is an ideal location for both beauty and convenience.

There are walking and biking trails in front of the house along the Canada Trail. It is a year round rental.

Please no smoking inside but you may smoke outside on the back deck.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
