"Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. "

"We booked The Four Seasons for our honey moon and we loved it so much we are already planning our next stay! The views and pool area overlooking the Serengeti was a dream come true and the staff and service was a 10/10 ! A few individuals staff stood out by name I’d like to shout out for their amazing, friendly and knowledgeable service. Annie our transport safari guide one of only a few females was amazing we saw every animal on our list she would contact every other driver to find us the animal we wanted to see. She’s the best. In the hotel restaurant Marwa what a smile and fast and friendly service and hotel staff Anne ( twiga nickname) and Mr Nice. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon amazing ! Also our favorite food dish the mushroom risotto and lasagne 10/10"
