« Grosse déception avec cet hôtel. Arrivé après 23h donc obligé de téléphoner pour se faire ouvrir la porte. Difficulté de compréhension avec une personne ne connaissant pas l’hôtel. Finalement une fois à l’intérieur, à la lumière du téléphone j’ai pu trouver ma clé laissée sur le bureau avec un message illisible en allemand. Puis 20 minutes pour trouver ma chambre via un second contact téléphonique. Du coup, 40mn de Check in à minuit, et une fois dans la chambre, obligé d’écraser une...

« Je n'étais là que pour 2 nuits. Le séjour fût agréable et le personnel agréable. Le restaurant est sans prétention dans la tradition allemande. La prestation d'ensemble est tout à fait acceptable. Un bémol toutefois. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, on pourrait espérer avoir plus d'une chaîne francophone. En l’occurrence, la seule disponible était TV5 Monde. Et on ne peut pas dire que le choix est beaucoup plus grand dans d'autres langues comme l'anglais. De mémoire, 3 chaînes seulement en...

« L’appartement situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble est idéalement situé et offre une belle vue sur la ville depuis ses deux terrasses. La déco est soignée et l’équipement complet pour cuisiner simplement. Lits confortables. Pas de climatisation quand il fait chaud mais beaucoup de fenêtres pour aérer. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : à 3 minutes de l’hôtel de ville et de son parc et à 5 du centre ville historique. Quartier calme. Un pied à terre parfait ! »

Cependant, l'eau de la douche changeait constamment de température passant d'une température normale à bouillante :/ Mais je pense qu'il s'agit d'un cas isolé donc si on ne prend pas en compte ça, c'était très bien pour le prix !"
