I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage. "This cozy little beach cottage is clean and well maintained and in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. It’s also just a short walk to downtown Clearwater Beach where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners provide everything needed for a beach vacation for two! "My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...

"Nice Bungalow just off the road. Indoors was what my wife and I needed for comfort. They had a 1980s vintage video game that was fun. The beach was great for walking. If we return to the area, we'll stay again."

"Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. "This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on...

"Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again."

"The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family."

"Some people said they didn't like the outdoor bathroom but I thought it was very bohemian and tropical, the room was very clean but the TV didn't work. Otherwise a great little spot to spend the night."
