"Everything was perfect! "

"The young lady working the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, when I checked into my room, there was a few items left behind by the housekeeping staff. I know they recently went under a rebrand from Saunder so the marketing is a little bit confusing. I only stayed for one night so I did not utilize any amenities. It is essentially located and easy to walk to different music venues like Ford Field and Saint Andrews Hall."

"Did not like having to go up and down stairs in our room to go to the bathroom. Several others in the elevator stated the same thing."

"We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning. I went down our first morning in the hotel (Saturday, 5/2) and just wanted to get two (2) cups of coffee to take up to the room. There was only one server in the restaurant, and she was helping people at tables in a far section of the restaurant where she couldn't see me at the counter. After waiting over 5 minutes, and getting no service, I left and went across the street to the Starbucks in the Westin to get the coffee. I went there the remaining 2 days we stayed."

"Great location, staff was kind and the hotel itself is beautiful! No The only downside is that the inside rooms are right off of the courtyard/rooftop, so when I checked in I asked to be moved on a higher floor to avoid people standing right outside my window."
