"We stayed five nights at Hermann‘s beautiful and comfortable apartment. The back deck has a fantastic view of the Eiger North Face. The Grund train station and the Grindelwald Terminal are walking distance. The bus stops right behind the apartment. We had a car, but I think you could get by without one. It didn’t hurt that we had four days of beautiful weather."

"I love family owned restaurants and hotels as they carry a legacy and this place just ticked all the boxes. Recently renovated with an amazing bathroom, great amenities and clean space to live. Bed was super comfortable. So accessible to the public transport, with options to park if needed. The entire staff was so helpful, always there to guide us. Helped me save money on passes and stuff by giving options. Would stay again when I visit next!"

"Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Cabana. Location was a bit out of the center of town which we personally like. Room was large and views were unbeatable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple and they have a fridge downstairs for drinks and late night snacks. Highly recommended!"

"Das Bodmi is a beautiful hotel, with excellent views both from the dining terrace and from each room's balcony. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is ample and satisfying and the staff are very friendly. The only thing you need to know before booking is- as with most places in Switzerland, there is no AC. You will have to sleep with windows open which can create a need to interact with other guests who may ask you to quiet down or whom you may ask to quiet down. This happened to us, but...
