Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Although the manager seems nice and friendly , he is not on site. We arrived just before check in at 4pm and they were still cleaning the room. They hurried out. We found the outside dirty , and the whole thing with the entrance and parking confusing but eventually figured it out. The narrow streets and going up steep incline roads was stressful when your not used to it. Its not far off the road , and location to the ferries is walking distance . Use the stairs to come down and up. We happy to get parking. The barbecue looks nothing like in the video sent . It was picked with wood and dirty . We would have to move it all to even use it. Inside was musty , didnt smell cleaned. Shower curtain had mild on the bottom. The sink was broken in one kitchen , and we found a bowl with noodles in it. Not impressed for the price of cleaning, how dirty it was . Was not offered any discount for the state it was in , so Im letting other people know what they can expect . Theres a washer , no dryer...hang clothes to dry. Very noisy . Construction next door. Started at 8am.
