"No issues. My parents stayed in a different room and there’s had shower slippers for purchase our did not but other than that very well hotel. It’s in a area close to Times Square. Very clean. Would stay here again."

"They had given our room away which was completely paid for and after a 6 hour flight and with a 13 year old we were exhausted. They found an empty room for us for the night and the next day Rachael at the front desk was exception in getting us settled for the remainder of our stay."

"Room was clean but VERY tiny! No where to store luggage even. Breakfast was delicious. Elevator took awhile in the mornings. Construction was going on in the lobby but did not disturb our room. Nice bathroom. Just TINY room. Would have been better if bed was a little higher and open underneath for luggage storage. Hotel was very nice about storing our luggage when we arrived early."

This year I brought my sister who has limited mobility and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had to take taxis everywhere , but last year it was so easy to take the subway anywhere I wanted to go. If you are staying in Times Square, this place is great. The staff was phenomenal!"
