« The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed. »

« The house was clean. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the rain and having coffee. The Host was the best. I would say we would be back but we made an offer on a home so hopefully we are moving to NC.We love it!! »

« We came to Greeneville to visit family after attending a family funeral nearby. Our group included my elderly mother and my 12 year old son. The cottage was adorable, very clean, and had all the amenities you need. The beds were comfortable and my son loved that he had his own space upstairs. We had fun playing foosball and ping pong.
