Absolutely everything you need, clean, quiet, super easy to get to, just exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 on the house. The owner was super communicative and so nice! I feel they would have been very accomodating to anything we made a serious demand about. They even gave us a lovely little handwritten welcome note and goodie basket!! A word of warning about the grounds though: we walked up to the firepit area you can see in some of the listing photos ONCE for about 5 minutes and we were finding ticks crawling all over us for the rest of the evening (thankfully none latched, but we definitely found at least 5 across the two of us). The grass was all mowed down so I guess we just didnt think we needed to spray up just to walk 20feet there and back. The listing states that you are free to explore the grounds, but I would definitely not do that unless youre thoroughly protected against ticks.Other than that (which genuinely was such a small part, probably common knowledge to most people, and out of the owner's control) this place is perfect for a tucked away little home base for your travels! ##### Rachel S.
