« Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. »

« The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...
