I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the money. My family was dealing with a major hurricane at the time as well. No compassion, no safety, not advertising appropriately, will NEVER do this again. ##### Nicole R.
