« We were traveling with a small dog and the room was very clean and the lodge was very quiet. We also had a great balcony with table and chairs and sat outside enjoying the view. We had a room with a queen size bed but wish the room was a bit bigger. Great like town with beautiful views! »

« Green Sparrow’s Nest had a nice Mountain View. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck enjoying the wildlife around us. We saw birds; Stellar Jays, Violet Green Swallows, hummingbirds, Chickadees, nuthatches, magpies, crows and more. We saw deer, including an 8 point buck and we even saw a black bear, all from our deck. »

« Great space compared to hotel rooms we had stayed in along the way, with comparable price. No comparison on the accommodations you get here. It was awesome. Birdwatching from the balcony was lovely. Trail up Mount Dewey was within walking distance to trailhead. Would definitely stay again. Host very receptive as needed. »

« This Cottage was very very nice. If I had anything to say in a negative way which is no reflection on the owners we were bummed that the tavern in town had closed. And maybe the pictures make it look a little bigger than it actually is but that's in no way taking away from how nice it was. Couple little things came up the owner was super responsive everything went great. Next time we come back if it fits our needs we won't hesitate to rent this again as long as my son isn't with us the altitude...
