"We were out in an accessible room which was fine but the layout was quite odd felt very cramped. The shower did not have any hot water throughout the stay. Plus side was valet parking was free and they let us check in early. Stay was okay but for the price there are better options"

"The fan started blowing cold air as the thermostat wasn’t working so couldn’t sleep at all due to cold and the fan sound as at 4 am called the help desk guy and he couldn’t do much so he gave me extra blanket but still washable to sleep comfortably entire night and when checked out told the receptionist she said she couldn’t do anything much as they might have forgotten to service or set the cooling heating system I am really frustrated and will never use Hilton hotels in future"

"Absolutely love staying here! Here for work about once a month and stay here every time. It’s clean, quiet and has amazing and clean hot tubs! There are different kinds and they have powerful jets. Feel refreshed after every trip here. Warning though, the jets are powerful so your book might get wet if you’re trying to read with them on. Lol"
