« The unit is a no pet unit, therefore I inquired about if my dogs could stay. After he approved my dogs, he mentioned an additional fee (this is common for pets), offered early check in and sent a bill. After I paid the bill and fees he sent, he then sent another bill for my dogs for the stay.
