Truly a hidden gem. I’m from the area and didn’t realize this place existed. Very serene yet in the middle of the city. On the river. Lots of good food nearby. Would definitely visit this place again. Excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cozy cottage right by the river. The location for day trips to Lake Martin, Avery Island, Billy’s Biudine, Acadiana Village, the Cathedral of St. John, just to name a few was perfect. And the food was fabulous. Louisiana Experience was quick to respond to all of my questions. All around pleasant 5 days.

A lovely and we’ll-equipped little cottage in a park-like setting was comfortable and convenient to every place we wanted to visit in the area. Perfect for a couple’s get-away.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and shopping for Christmas gifts! House was super clean and such a cute little place for a couple to stay! Host was super attentive and super quick to respond. The location is actually very quiet being it’s off of a main road Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Hidden Getaway

This little cottage was the perfect little getaway spot for my wife and I, on her birthday. We only stayed one night but it was well worth it.

Wonderful stay at Azalea Cottage

This was a very comfortable and clean place for the 2 of us. Very convenient to all that Lafayette and the surrounding area has to offer. It was great having outside space right on the bayou to enjoy. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay in the Azalea cottage. The location is perfect and the cottage has been renovated with high quality materials and impressive attention to details. The place was just the right size for a couple. We're so looking forward to our next stay.

Visiting Kids and Grandkids

Took a little vacation in Lafayette to see the kids and grandkids. I wanted to have a little space to myself and found these wonderful cottages, right by the bayou. The cottage was clean, comfortable and as cute as button regarding a place to relax and uniwnd.Nice and quiet. I definitely plan on making this my place to stay to when visiting.

A peaceful getaway
