« The cabin was clean and well laid out. Plenty of necessaries if you wanted to cook. Coming in I would’ve appreciated Better signage at the road, but knowing now it is part of a larger property under construction. Still a nice view and the construction did not interfere with my stay. This was a cozy cabin and I would stay there again. »

« The canvas cabin was basically brand new as were all the furnishings. Same for the entire facility. Everything was clean and new. It was a nice glamping place. I was worried about heat, since it was about 50 degrees. The space heater worked like a champ. I stayed there to bicycle the Hincapie Gran Fondo about 3 miles away at Hotel Domestique. It was a quick and easy commute. The camp store and bathroom facilIty was also basically brand new and very nice. »

« The room was clean, It is family friendly. We did not use the tub. The shower is a corner shower that is a little tight but has great water pressure and flow. I did put a wash cloth on the tub so the shower door would not hit the bare tub and damage it or make a loud noise. The first night the family in the adjoining cabin were noisy until 1am. Sounded like jumping and loud talking. The third night there was jumping, thumping and loud talking and arguing on and off until 4:30am. Woke me up at...

« Our stay at the Piney Mountain cabin was fantastic. The cabin was spotless and in a great location. The area is very quiet and has beautiful views. It is a short drive to many small towns for great food, shopping, hiking and the Biltmore. This is our second stay here. Alison Greer, our host, is extremely easy to reach for questions and provided detailed instructions. The cabin was stocked with essentials and everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. « Great location! We had a ton of fun in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. The view out the window was wonderful. Air conditioning on a hot night was essential...so glad the unit had it. We could not see any other units from the bed. It felt like we had the forest to ourselves. Shared bathroom, gift shop, and shower on the site were very clean. It was a short walk to the community building from the unit.Take a chance, glamping was a wonderful experience! »

« Host was super responsive. Animals were a nice change of pace and friendly. Cabin was cozy and basics were supplied. Could use a bit of TLC outside but inside was great! A little on the high side of pricing compared to other areas close by but definitely peaceful. I hope improvements are made in the future. As is, I would definitely come back again! »

« We stayed here for one night. There were definitely some positives. Communication was quick, and the location was nice. It felt tucked away from everything while still being convenient to Saluda, Hendersonville, and the mountains. The overall concept and setup of the cabins is a great idea.
Unfortunately, the actual experience didn’t quite live up to what we expected from the listing. The bath water never got very warm, and there was a drinking water purifier provided, but it wasn’t hooked up....
