« Really cute property. Lots of room over 3 stories. Very close to the old city area. There were a few little things, like the pocket door in the master bathroom not closing properly, but overall a great spot. »

« Such a great trip! Very clean and beautiful property that accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. Deerfield is a great centralized location with quick access to many places by water. the boat docks all seemed very new as well and immaculately kept. The hill to the boat docks can be a little difficult but we had wagon with big wheels and were able to drive half way down. Will stay again but will get a golf cart to rent! »

« The master bedroom pocket door was getting stuck. In fact the 1st night it took several minutes to get it open in the morning. My wife could not get it open. I think this is a hazard because we could get stuck in the room in the event of a fire. »

« Great property for a group or family with older kids! Loved that each room had its own bathroom as we were there for a baseball tourney and had set times we needed to get out the door. Watching Smokies fireworks from rooftop, and walking to Sevier Co Burger and Redbud Kitchen were highlights. »
