Located just a short 400-metre walk from the beach and Gracies General Store, this spacious, double-storey home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories together.

The beach house comfortably sleeps 8 people across three bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed, and a welcoming kitchen perfect for gathering or making pizza together. The balcony upstairs offers a stunning place to unwind and check the surf with a morning coffee while taking in the expansive ocean views. Downstairs, the third bedroom provides a double bed along with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A cozy TV area, a well-appointed bathroom, and an inviting wood fireplace complete the lower level, creating the perfect space for relaxation after a day of adventures.

The alfresco area is perfect for small social gatherings overlooking the bay, equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and a gas BBQ, providing plenty of space for family meals or casual dining while enjoying the fresh sea air and spectacular scenery. Once the sun sets, the view of the stars as you relax in the hammock on the deck can only be described as magical.

Gracetime is ideally situated to take advantage of all the natural beauty and activities that the Southwest has to offer. The Cape to Cape Track is right on your doorstep, and if you're a beach lover, the pristine beaches and surf breaks of Huzzas, South Point and North Point are just a short walk away. For those interested in wine, several renowned wineries are within a 5km drive. Whether you enjoy surfing, cycling, fishing, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting, this location has something for everyone. The local art galleries, horse riding experiences, and tennis courts at Gracetown Hall are also just a short distance away.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Please note - Gracetime is a renovated beach shack with original features. Please note that the internal stairs are steep and have narrow treads. Extra caution is recommended, especially for elderly guests and small children.
